- 7 Days replacement policy if the unit have factory defect. Drop or wet units VOIDS this policy.
- We don't replace the unit outright. The defective unit must be checked first by the authorized service center to validate the claim before we can replace the unit.
- To process the replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- The decision of the manufacturer's service center regarding the replacement or non-replacement is final.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
